Goal

Our goal is to motivate individuals to engage with media in more constructive and productive ways. This public foundation involves the creation of specific interactive opportunities and the development of various resources in an effort to encourage better media education.

Vision

To improve the public’s connection to media through education – formal, non-formal, and informal.

Mission

To help individuals better understand the ways that media influence their lives. This includes critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication skills all key components for foundation activities.

Impact

The Mediated Messages Foundation will create positive change by providing important key information to the public, enhancing community advocacy, and building a significant legacy through the examination and understanding of mediated messages.

Financing

-Donations (will hold two fundraisers a year and create GoFundMe page)

-Grants (will submit a number of applications to support documentary

development)

-In-kind Support (will work with various professionals to achieve goals)

-Expenses (such as travel, hotel, fees, postage, promotional activities,

contracts, computer programs/platforms/social media, equipment rental, etc)
